Need Suggestion in getting a HSF combo.

I'm in the market for a HSF combo which is in the $40.0 range. I would only overclock a little but i dont want the dang thing to sound like a jet engine. Please do give me some suggestions as to which combo to get. Any Help is appreciated. This is for a FCPGA P3 1Ghz processor.

well, for a p3, pretty much anything will do.... If you can fit it, i'd suggest either a pep66 or a hedgehog.
