need suggestion for slient fan/cooling

I plan to build a X2 3800+ system and some time will do some overnight computation.
BUT, I still want to sleep. Can anybody recommend and silent fan or cooling syste,?

I'm going to be doing a similiar build soon with a P180 case. Probably going to go with a Scythe Ninja... from what I read it is the best choice. Little pricey but worth it if you are going to overclock. Probably don't even need to put on an extra 120 fan if you got the right motherboard.... me, I'll probably through one of those quiet Panaflo or Nexus fans on it. Might add one in front of the hard drives as well.

I am thinking Sonota II, P180 does not have PSU , you still have to pay extra money.

I'm happy with my scythe ninja with a yateloon 120mm fan. I have a second 120mm yate loon fan as a front panel intake fan and my only exhaust fan is the Seasonic s12 power supply low speed 120mm fan. Case air flow is important. I use a fan controller to adjust the CPU and case fans, although it did alright when I just undervolted them to 5v. It all works and is very quiet, but I also use a much less demanding processor. I'm still left with a high pitched whine from the WD hard drive. If I could go back and change something, I'd probably go with the Seagate 7200.9 single platter 160GB hard drive that is recommended by many of the silent PC folks.
