Need Suggestion for Prank to be played on housemate

He killed the house power causing me to lose a 4.3GB download at 98%, so now its time for some retaliation, im thinkin either fill a garbage can with water and lean it up against his door, or go get the battery outta my car and hook the jumper cables up to his door knob...(i dont really wanna hurt him tho), anyway im open to other suggestions...

edit my roommate is: halik, he frequently visits here but currently has no internet due to a router reconfig 🙂
 
hide his cell phone in the mailbox

hopefully it'll be one of those mailboxes that you need a key to open

and wait til he realizes its missing
