Need suggestion for my multimedia system

I just recently purchased a sharp aquos 52 in 1080p LCD and I am looking to build a system that I could use as a dvr and dvd player. I would also like to use it for a little gaming and surfing but this won't be my main system. I was thinking of building a micro atx system, so I could save some space. Everything has changed so much that I don't know where to start.

I would say... for a budget-conscious build...

E4300
Whatever microATX mobo you see fit
2GB DDR2
400GB HDD (or 2 if you want more storage (Plan on 30 mins SDTV taking up around 1.7GB)
ATI Theater 650 (the PCI-E version has 2 separate tuners)
8500 or 8600GT/S video card or whichever one has HDCP and hardware video decoding
Vista Home Premium
Aspire XQpack2, or similar. That's a good case for this because it has a 120mm fan that doesn't have to run hard, its pretty quiet.

Just so you know, I use a Theater 650 and Vista Home Premium and it works great. You should use Vista HP 32-bit, since a mandatory program, DVRMS Toolbox, works very well on 32-bit but not so well on 64-bit.
