hi everyone,

i currently have a 3000+ venice at 2.7(300x9) on a k8n neo2 plat, and im going for a high end pci-e card. im sticking with this cpu until AM2 but i want to keep the oced speed so i need a good overclocking and not too expensive mb.

i know dfi might be the answer but i own a pair of 512 corsair 3200xl modules and i've read that corsair goes horrible on dfi nf4 boards so i need suggestions on other manufacturers.

EDIT: i've been looking at the asus a8n sli premium, but im not sure if it will reach 300htt, some review sites say it does and others that it doesnt, so if anyone has experience overclocking with this board i'll appreciate the help.
 
I'd hit up the Epox 9NPA+Ultra, it's the very definition of an inexpensive overclocker. My SLI does 370 HTT, wish my CPU could make use of it 🙁
 
Another vote for the EPoX EP-9NPA+ Ultra... Just a great mobo, and a very impressive overclocker... One that is easier to work with, and overclocks nearly as great, is the MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum... However this one costs a bit more...

If you want to go dirt-cheap... The ASRock 939Dual-SATA2 with the (very easy!)voltmods and a modded BIOS will do just great...
