I've come up with a few ideas myself but I thought I could get even more creative ideas here. I have my e6400 OC'd and it idles around 41-45(depending on room temp) and I live in Missouri so temps this time year bounce all over the place. It never goes past 60C during Orthos. Here's my case and a few pics of cable management. It has one 120mm in front and one in back.

My ideas were to mount a 120mm fan or two on the side grill or even go as far to make a hole in the top large enough for a 120mm fan, but I'd rather not do the latter, too lazy to take everything out and put it back again. Also, what does everyone think about those blowers that you place in the PCI slots, I thought about getting one of those. I'm not interested in watercooling.
So fire away, I would really like to get my overall temps down a few degrees.
Thanks
