Need suggestion for HSF (quiet, Tbird)

hey guys,

i'm looking to place an order for a HSF right now, i have maximum $25 to spend (shipped). I have a Dragon ORB3+ right now and its too loud for me. I need something 'Dell" quiet if you know what i mean, i have a 1.2ghz 266FSB Tbird. i have just the PSU fan and a fan on the front so its needs to be able to handle the job itself. i don't OC so the dragon is too much for me, plz lmk your suggestions... also a good site to buy form would be cool (might be looking for 90mm quiet fans as well).

Plz just post in the thread... and if you are selling one thats cool too. just need some help here😀
 
any other suggestions out there? that HSF looks really good to me, specially the price tag. where is a good place to buy one? a place that might have some good quiet case fans and some cheap thumbscrews?
 
Cool, checked out Pham... they didn't have the SVCbut they did have some other cool stuff. i think i'm gonna order from Case-mods.com, anyone else have a HSF i should look at?
 
dell's get loud over time. my friend has one and in less than a year the dust built up in it quik. maybe its just bad pollution around here
