Need Stable P4 Board (2.2GHz) w/ Onboard Vid/Sound/LAN

Ya what the title says... just need something that is going to be very stable... it will be running 24 hours a day with 50-60% CPU Load... writing constantly to the HDD.... Surveilance Camera Recording Box... a DVR system. Something with onboard video doesnt matter if it sucks, it just needs to output video to a monitor, nothing special. Onboard sound/lan would be good also. Hopefully something Abit, Intel, or MSI made... any suggestions?
