Need Sprint camera phone recommendation

In a week I'm going to go out and get a Sprint camera phone and I'm at a loss as to which to get.

Models are:

Sanyo VM4500.............$200 AR
Toshiba VM4050...........$?...it just came out
Samsung VGA1000.......$80 AR

All do 640X480, but the first two also do video clips, but video is unnecessary.

The phone is for my wife who will be using it and the camera for business.

Any input about these models would be appreciated.

That one has a swivel. The wife is too hard on her phones to have a swivel.

Anybody just have any input about those brands of phones in general.

I've got the VGA1000/A620 phone, and have loved it so far. The only thing I'm wondering is how fast of a net connection I can get on it (I haven't tried to measure it yet).

I have a A620 and love it. although I quit my job at Radioshack before I got a chance to "break" my phone and upgrade too the new Sanyo, that thing is so sweet
