Need speaker wiring diagram

Hey all,

I just got some new speakers for my 89 Ford Probe and after I took the door panels off I see some blue/white wires. I have no idea which is positive and which is negative so I need a wiring diagram. I did search google but couldn't turn up anything.
Help would be appreciated!

I took a guess (can that be bad?) and put the blue on positive and the white as negative. Seems to work so far.....

Now the passanger side...

Usually the white wire, or wire with a white stripe would be the positive. A black wire, or one with a black stripe would be negative.

But if it sounds good, go for it. Try it both ways, see if you can tell a difference in clarity.

Hmmm...well, the blue wire had a white stripe on it.

I thought they sounded good, but I'll try it the other way.
