I've been trying to find out what are the exact legal restrictions on a raffle. Do I have to be over 21 years of age to throw a raffle here in Arizona due to the gambling laws being 21 or over? Also do I have to have an established company that has been around for more than 5 years?

Um...considering anyone can buy 50/50 raffle tickets at a Coyotes game (or buy them from a little kid) i would say that you don't have to be 21. I don't think a raffle is considered gambling, is it? As far as law goes?

I saw something on the Arizona attorney general's website... It has a whole form where you have to fill out certain information but it's so strange cause I've never heard of it before. It seems like it isn't gambling.
