Need someone to look at my x-ray of my broken nose

Update: So I'm getting a little bit of clear drainage and I think the doctor may have mis diagnosed me. Does it look like my frontal process on my maxilla may also be cracked? Please if anyone can answer this for me it would help. The soonest I can get into a specialist is Thursday.

I notice a small light line and have highlighted where it is on my x-ray. please if anyone can check it out. Thanks.

Check out my nose, how bad does it look to you guys? I went to the hospital and got these x-rays the day after it happened.

Bachelor party (not mine) + my 25th birthday party + ice fight all on the same day = broken nose.

basically i was wasted and slipped on some ice on a deck while i was running.

yeah, actually it didn't hurt at all until the next day. hurts like hell right now though. the bridge of my nose was so swollen yesterday that I couldn't open my eyes all the way without them hitting the bridge of my nose.
 
That is actually a pretty common fracture. I've been shadowing 2 great radiologists and I've seen your film several times.

how bad does it look compared to the others like this you have seen?

it doesn't look displaced much at all, so I don't think there will be much of a problem healing.

do you know if the bone will heal solid again, or if it will just be a floating part in my nose now?

It's a very standard fracture, and should be solid again. Just keep yourself from falling down 😛.

It'll heal, man, just gotta give it some time. I've broken my nose.... what, 4 times now? Yeah, I think so, 4-5. It hurts for a while, but it'll get better. Your nose will be plugged a bit more than normal now, in all likelihood. Just try to be careful with your face for the time being 😛
