Need some Win 7 help. Wired wont see wireless for itunes and other things

I want my itunes on my wireless to be shareable to my wired computers on the same network but right now the computers dont see each other. I cant even get them to recognize the same home group! What do I do to fix this?

Also, if I want filesharing, how do I make user name and logins for that to work. WHen I click on another pc in the network it asks for user and password but none of my computers have them!
