Need some Troubleshooting tips for OUTLOOK, EXCHANGE and Windows/Internet.

I'm going for a test in a few days here is scenario:
from the e-mail

BRING WHATEVER YOU FEEL YOU NEED TO DO
WHATEVER IS NEEDED TOBE DONE ! got it ?

If you forget to bring your cd's, floppies,
orother software, YOU WILL FAIL.

I will give you NOTHING except the written goal
that you areto accomplish with the 4 computers. Be
ready. It's NOT easy.

Here's the mission:
2 workstations (1=win98, 1=win2k pro)
2 servers (1=NT4 w/Exchange 5.5, 1=win2K server
w/Exch 2000)

NT does not boot up at all.
Win98 does not see internet.
Outlook does not see exchange 5.5

Win2K pro see's internet, but does not find
exchange 2k
Win2k server does not see internet.

Your mission is to fix all 4 machines.
You CAN NOT open any of them.
You CAN NOT go into any BIOS/CMOS
you CAN NOT re-install any of them.
other than that, it's a piece of cake. :

Any ideas why would Outlook not see exchange 5.5?
Any ideas why Win98 and Win2k server not see the internet?
Any ideas why Win2k sees the internet but not find exchange.
For WinNt does not boot sounds like I would need a boot disk of some sort?

Any tips?
