Well, I'm 15, and I think I can be a little skinnier on the stomach. Otherwise, I'm fine with how I look. What kind of exercises should I do? I was thinking Sit ups or that bo flex stuff if anyone remembers it...

drop some bad carbs like bread keep it under 2 slices of bread a day. Calorie intake around 2000/day should be easy.

Swimming is good situps wont do anything for you. What you need to do is cardio exercise 4-5 times a week that keeps your heatbeat in your target range about 95-110 beats/min for about 25 mins.

You have to do a lot of cardio work... hell I've only lost 18lbs in 4 & 1/2 weeks... and I do about nearly 2 hours of cardio work EVERY day... (plus diet and cut bad foods out of what I eat)

Workout every other day... do situps and pushups daily. That's all I can tell you.

I have gone from 170lbs to 160lbs and eating normally, and I run 3 times a week at 35 min each.

Alright, I think I'll start off with biking and swimming since those are my favorites and then do some running as well as eating better foods. Thanks for the tips guys.
