i just fixed the PSU on this box that i got from a friend a while ago(i have posted about it before 🙂) and i just got the replacement fan for it, replaced some fried diodes etc. but i cannot, for the life of me, get the damned AT connectors connected to the motherboard :| i have them black-to-black, but i can't figure it out 😱 can anyone help me out here? this is the first time i have ever had to connect an AT power supply, and am completely clueless. the plugs don't even look like they fit on the connector, but i know they do because they were on there before i took them off the repair the PSU(i should have looked at how they were connected first :|) anyways, i'm hoping someone here can help me 🙂 the sooner this box is up, the sooner it can start cracking 🙂

With some AT PS you have to shave off some of the little tabs on the connector. Use a razor. Just make sure you have the blacks matched together in the middle and it will be fine.

hehehehe, this prob got me some years ago. 😀

i'm so stupid 😛
of course, i've been fiddling with the damn thing for a half hour, my dad comes downstairs and says "oh, i know how to do that" connects them. i was trying to put them on backwards 😱 :|

oh well, at least they're connected 🙂

now to boot it up..
