Need some suggestions for a website

First off, is there a site right now that is like a business/professionals' version of Myspace? What kind of features should there be? What kind of features would help people network with each other? What kind of features would make the site sticky (keep them coming back like somehow myspace does)?

Edit: trying to come up with something exactly like myspace, whereas myspace is to network with friends and friends of friends for relationships - platonic or not, and the purpose of the business myspace is more to help professionals network with potential clients/customers/partners/etc.

It may be so for the elites, but for small business I think it may work.
