hey guys, so I'm working on the new case, all acrylic cube, 10 in by 10 in by 10in.

I'm kinda planing as I go here, and just realized that I can make the case even smaller, about 10 by 10 by 8. I'm debating weather I should make it smaller.

if it stayes the way it is now, I left just enough space for a agp video card and can use 1 pci slot in the future. it's also roomier for case air flow. if I make it smaller, everything's much more packed, no AGP, or PCI ever. I'm using a a7n266vm right now, it has just enough clearence.

what would you guys do?

If your building from scratch then I reccommend having some kind of diagram/drawing to scale if possible where the whole layout of your components will fit in place.
A 3D cad drawing would be best , then you can assess just how much room you will have , also remember cooling is another issue due to the small footprint of your case that you'll need to think about .

yea, I was too lazy. all the pieces have been cut, I pretty much know where everything's gonna go, except for the PS. I think I'm gonna leave it as is. that'll give me the option of better fan placement.

Keep in mind the dimension of a normal case. It's more like retangle than a cube. Also, make a plan. Things can, and will go wrong.
