Need some song advice.....

My gf will be singing a solo at a banquet, and asked me to come up with some songs for her to sing. So far I have Amy Grant "I will remember you", some Sarah McLachlan stuff, and she has a whole bunch of Celine Dion suff. Any other suggestions? Thanks!
