Need some small jobs done. Who would I ask?

I have a bad back. Basically I need some moving help in my Condo, but I am at a loss of who to ask.

1. I need someone to bring a furniture kit up the steps I bought from Walmart (in the back of my Subaru).

2. Need my old entertainment center dismantled and disposed of. (probably have to take to the dump. Development trash bin sucks)

3. Move new HDTV on top of new entertainment center. (probably need 2 guys for this)

Don't really think I need those "Mr. Handyman" guys, but I don't know who else to ask. There are no kids around here either.
