Need some simple help planning an Nforce4 system

Hey guys, time to upgrade my system and I need a little help. Looks like the Nforce4 motherboards have me a bit confused. Can I use a regular IDE hard drive on an Nforce4 MB if the specs don't say IDE? I'll prob get the EPoX EP-9NPA+Ultra and Athlon64 3000+ combo deal at Newegg.

Also, what's the best $100 video card out there that is PCIe? I'm no gamer, so $100 is the limit for me.

Do I have to get an adapter for my old PS to work? I've got a 380 watt Antec PS now.

Thanks for the help,
Gino

Nforce 4 boards support IDE and SATA natively, so you can use either one without issue. I'd take SATA. That mobo has a 24 pin power plug, I think the PS has 20, so an adapter would be needed.
