Need some resume help

I'm working on my resume and I need some help in compacting this rather long description of a project I worked on into a few key sentences. I'd appreciate any help:

Lead Developer in converting an outsourced application used by customer service representatives to record call information. The application was built from scratch in house but had to emulate the user interface of the old application to ensure that re-training was not necessary for the customer service representatives. A reporting component was also developed to generate reports for management. Feedback from customer service representatives was used in shaping the application. Worked under a tight deadline of three weeks with a team of three developers and one project manager to deliver a working prototype that could be used on time. A comprehensive migration plan was also written to ensure a seamless transition for end users.

Anywayz, here is what I have so far:

Led a team of developers to sucessfully deliver a working prototype of a customer relationship management system under a tight deadline of three weeks. The application emulated the functionality of the third party system to ensure that retraining was not necessary. An enhanced reporting component was also developed for management.

I've been at this for a while, and I can't seem to compact all that information into some hard-hitting sentences...
