Need some recommendations on a monitor

I'm doing research on monitors to go with my content creation build in August.

I'd like at least 1920x1080 resolution, IPS for off-angle viewing, bright and accurate as can get in my price range, which is ~$200

Edit: Now I'm actually considering no panels yet, right now. I've upped my budget a bit, and I'll be shopping locally so I can just take it back immediately if there's any issues. Still need recommendations, though!
