I will be oc'ing my X2 4400+ Toldeo from 2.2 to probly 2.8, so i need some good ram. I will be runnin a divider no 1:1 ratio. What do recommend? Price doesnt matter so just give me the best ram for the money. Thanks!

What motherboard is it? OCZ Value is good, Corsair Value (as long as it's not DFI), the usual brands: G.Skill, Geil, Crucial, Mushkin... name-brand value RAM will run fine on a divider, perform nearly as well as premium RAM and save you money for that graphics card. Just get whatever name-brand memory you find on sale. It makes little difference anyway.

It is Dfi, but i will be getting the sapphire motherboard once it comes out. Im thinking G.Skill and running a divider.

yes go for 1G x2 as AMD oficcially only supports DDR333 with all memory banks populated as opposed to DDR400 I know you will be OCing but your system will be more stable with 1Gx2

That's true for winchester CPU's, but the Toldeo core is far newer. It should be able to run at DDR400.
