Hey Guys,

I need some help from those of you working in the real world. My Business Decision Making Prof. asked for real world examples of policies that lead to ?Creative Decision Making?. I know sounds like a load to me, but he swears their out there.

Anyone got any examples from where they work?

I agree...I really dont think there is that big a place for creativity in corporate policy or decision making. I still need something though! Help!
 
i think policies are put in place, so that people dont make any out of the box decision. So IMO creative decision making & corporate policies dont go together.
More over if a creative decision was successful, there's a very good chance it ends as a corporate policy.
 
I think what he's looking for is policies to encourage creative decission making or ones that atleast allow for it....I think i'm just going to argue that there's no place for creativity in the workplace.
