Need some quick help

There's an image on my website that seems to never load for me. It's just like all of hte others, located in the same folder, same dimensions, but it NEVER LOADS!

Please look here and tell me if all of the images on the bottom left load. Thanks!

Oh, and this is what I mean : This

EDIT : The only way to see it is to right click -> view image. Doesn't make any sense.

all of them load for me. But I see no image under the control panel.

Make an image map instead

It's not an image of anything, it's just like all the others, like a spacer.

I don't know why, but no matter how many times I clear the cache, the problem is always there. 🙁

Instead of using individual spacers, why not just change the dimensions on one spacer to encompass the entire area that needs a spacer? i.e., instead of 105 x 15 make it 105x255 ?

The images load for me, btw.

Well, I plan on adding links soon, but I need to reslice anyways. I did a terible job.
