Okay, heres a quick snapshot :
-Small company, 25 workstations (all XP Pro/2000 Pro), 2 servers (W2K Advanced Server).
-Everybody uses Outlook 2000 or 2002
-Currently everyone just uses internet email thru our web-host company, and STMP from our DSL provider.
-We just put in an Exchange 2000 server w/ SP3. The primary reason we did this is because we want to have a company-wide calendar that 2-3 people can edit but everyone can access. Also having a global address list would be helpful as well. Maybe even creating groups for different levels of employees to have different group lists etc...
-If possible, I would like the Exchange server to do all the e-mail routing, but after doing some research, I think I have to buy 3rd-party addons to make this work.
-I currently have 2 workstations connecting fine to the Exchange server and accessing accounts correctly, I'm just not sure how to go about implementing what we need.
So basically, as of now the plan would be to leave the e-mail side of things alone, since it works fine. The only downside is that all e-mail is stored locally so we have no backups if a workstation crashes. Any advice appreciated or point me to some good web resources would help as well.
