Need some pointers in choosing

Help me choose please. Trying to stay around $150 so these 2 caught my eye. 6800 gs oc seems really good but is 7600 really better in this case even with just 128 mbit memory and ddr 2?

What do you need it for? The 7600 has some video features that the 6800 doesn't so if you watch dvd's on your comp, that may be a factor. Also, if you can find a 7600GT in that price range, it would be the best deal imo.

EDIT: There are 7600GT's on newegg for under 120$ after MIB. Definitely get one of those over either the 6800GS or 7600GS.
