Paypal keeps taking cash out of my bank account first, and uses my credit card as a secondary option, i want it the other way around, so when paypal needs money it takes it out of the credit card. I could just delete my bank account from my paypal account but then it wouldn't show me as a Verified paypal user anymore.

Is that possible?

in order to do that, you have to manually choose to pay with Credit Card everytime you make payments.
