Upgrading in a couple weeks, currently have C2D E6300@2.8,2gb,7900GT and a Gigabyte DS3 1.3(I think is the rev). I am def getting a 8800GT once they can be found and maybe a Quad. But I'm not sure if I should upgrade my motherboard and memory to 4gb. Is it a good time to still be buying DDR2? Also does it matter if I use 4x1gb?
What I am hoping to do is not have to upgrade again for a 2-3 years aside from maybe a video card here and there.
