Need Some opinions on my phone/pda situation

Until now i had a silver RAZR and a palm e2. A few days ago my palm crapped out and would not turn on. 2 days ago, I managed to break the flip on my RAZR. So I called cingular and upgraded to a treo a 650. I also called the insurance company and received a replacement RAZR. My replacement ended up being a black one (which is what i wanted from the begninning).

Miraculously, somehow my palm e2 came back to life yesterday and is working fine.

I am now in a pickle, do i keep the treo 650 or the black V3 and the E2. Can you guys give me your thoughts?

Financially, what would keeping the 2 devices be vs. just going to the Treo? I would do whatever is cheaper. However, if the price is comparable, I'd probably go with the TREO.

Sorry forgot to mention that. Financialy there is no difference. I can sell the new RAZR and the E2 and make up the cost of the treo. The issue here, in my opinion is the option of having and all in one device (which is heavier than either the E2 or the V3). Or having two devices which are collectively heaver than the treo 650, but still having the option of taking either my palm or my slick V3.

Also, i have a wifi card for the e2 which unfortunately does not work with the treo.

I also have a 2 year contract renewal if i keep the treo
