Need some motherboard advice

Well, my Asus K8N just died on me and I need a replacement.
It's between Gigabyte & Chaintech boards.

Chaintech VNF-3 250 [ Link ]

Gigabyte GA-K8NS [ Link ]

From everything I have read the Chaintech board is rock solid. The thing is I really love the layout of the Gigabyte board.
Not to mention the cool array of colors. 😛

What do you guys think of Gigabyte as a MB company? I'm really on the fence about which one to get.

WTF, they look almost the same layout to me. The IDE/FDD/SATA ports are in the same spots, The chipset heatsink looks better on the Chaintech. The Chaintech may be better if you plan to use onboard audio. The Gigabyte may be easier to remove AGP cards that have big heatsinks.
