Need some memory advice for a new Asus A8N SLI motherboard

Since this place is full of people who know stuff.. 🙂

I am considering getting an Asus A8N-SLI Premium motherboard and pairing it with the AMD 64 4400.

The two memory types I was looking at are:
CORSAIR TWINX PC3200 2GB 2X1GB DDR400 (TWINX2048-3200C2PT)
or

OCZ Performance PC3500 2GB 2X1GB DDR433 (OCZ4332048PFDC-K)


I wont be overclocking so I want a memory chip that will be stable and work well with this motherboard. The system is primarily for gaming though, just not OC'ed gaming.
