I got this board last monday...put everything together w/all my components then after booting a few times i went and messed w/the bios and fudged it up and my Gf4 stopped working...It works in all my other computer just not this one. After fudging w/the bios I did reset the cmos and took the battery out for a few mins...I also reinstalled...I really need my GF4 working in there...Could someone please help me out? If so that would be fabulous

thanks

Yes, you need to make sure that the ATX power connector to the MB is unplugged when clearing the CMOS. That may or may not be related to the non-working video card. Pull and firmly reinsert a couple of times; even more if necessary. Also might try a PCI video card if available. If it comes up, go into the BIOS and make sure AGP is selected as default vid device then shut down and reinsert the gF4 card.

After doing the above, you may also try holding down the "Insert" key as you are booting. I am not sure if this works on this motherboard BIOS but give it a try. With some BIOS holding down the insert key while booting will reset the BIOS to factory defaults. A good place to get help and info for this board is at http://www.amdforums.com , give them a try. Lots of info on this board at that site. I had one of these boards for about three weeks and had to send it back as the BIOS would keep loosing it's settings at bootup. You could also try updating the BIOS as a last try.

I second checking amdforums.com for good info and help on ECS boards. They are much more popular there than here. Have you tried other video cards to make sure it isn't something unrelated to the GF4?
