Need some major help here!! MB not POSTing

I jsut updated to BIOS v.1.9 via their update tool and when I restarted, the computer will not even begin to post. I mean nothing, nada, ziltch appears on the screen. All I get is black. No beep codes and the lights on the back indicate that the MB hangs on "Initializing the video interface". And no, the floppy does not initialize either

What actions I have taken to remedy this solution before pleading with Anandtech:
Held down cmos reset button
Removed MB battery for a couple of minutes.
Took out a stick of ram.
Searched MSI's forums for a solution nothing specific for my MB to be found but problems with other boards BIOS 1.9 update.
Called MSI, they were of no help at all.

I just have a video and a sound card attached, nothing weird. Please help here, I am running out of options.

btw, this guy on the msi forums had the exact (i mean *exact*) same problem. I tried what they did to solve the problem (unplug everyting, reset everything but still nothing)

Try this. Power off the system and while holding down on the "INS" key power on the system. Do not release the "INS" key until you see the system posts. You might have to do this two or three times. If it doesn't boot still you had a bad bios flash. I'm not sure if your mobo support boot flash. Check MSI or your tech manual.
