My employment gave me a Dell latitude laptop, it cam with a fancy docking station with one dvi out and a vga out and of course all the extras. I will be getting a new desk. I run dual displays on my home computer with 8800gt dual dvi. This is what I am wanting to do:

I want to have the docking staying take the laptop signal to dual displays, one analog and one DVI, unless there is a cable that will take one DVI out and split to two from a laptop docking station. I also want the home PC to have the dual display, currently using my dual dell 20.1 Ultra Sharps...

What is the best cost effective route to take? I want to be able to switch easily without loss or hinky problems. I would prefer USB mouse and keyboard setup...

Anyone have this similar situation?

Thank you.

If I understand you correctly, sounds like a dual monitor kvm switch and dvi splitter cable would work, although most seem to be ps/2 not usb. Can't find a 3 male end splitter, probably would need 2 dvi gender changers also.
