Need some kind of mesh for my PVC fence.

I have a PVC fence. The fence is 6 feet high and has rails. The space between the rails is 1-2" wide. My daughter can stick her hand through the rails which is not good because there is a dog next door. I was thinking of adding a mesh onto the fence to keep her hands on my side of the fence. What do you recommend? I would prefer something that is not noticeable. Thanks.
