Need some internet storage help....

Ok im in quite a fix here. I got this assignment for a comp class that I am taking. It turns out that its 3.3 megs. So i figured i would convert it to a jpg so i could fit it on the disk. So I get home, and it looks like crap. Its all distorted and compressed. So i need a spot where i can upload it onto a internet storage spot of some kind. It has to be able to upload 5megs (the file may grow). Any sugestions?
