Need some internet searching help!

I can't seem to find the birthplace of Robert S. Kaplan... I need it for a project I'm working on and apparently I suck at the intarweb. Also I need David Norton's but I haven't looked for his yet... If somebody could find it and post the link I'd appreciate it! thx

btw they are they thought up the balanced scorecard

haha yeah I thought about that but i don't think he'd appreciate that email much 😱 and also now I'm just curious if that information is even ON the internet... I've been looking for like 45 mins and haven't found a thing.. i can't even find his birthday... 🙁
