Ok heres the situation. I have a Lian-Li 1000B case. I?m about to purchase some water cooling parts. I?ve been doing research over the past 4-5 months. I?m about to purchase the following:

Swiftech MCW6000-64
http://www.sidewindercomputers.com/mcw6000-64.html

Swiftech MCW20-K? Black Universal Chipset Cooler
http://www.sidewindercomputers.com/swmcbl.html
(I?m actually still deciding whether or not I want to cool my chipset with water cooling, but any input from anybody about whether I should get it would be nice)

Swiftech MCW50 GPU Cooler
http://www.sidewindercomputers.com/swifmcgpucoo1.html
(I was wondering if I need to buy the extra adaptor for the 6800 series)

Swiftech MCP650 12v DC Pump
http://www.sidewindercomputers.com/swmc12vdcpu.html

Swiftech MCR-120 Radiator
I?m intending to use ½? tubing and a T-line. I was wondering how is my set up so far?

Everything looks good, but I have a few suggestions that will lower your temps a little bit.
You might want to get the MCW6002-64 instead of the 6000 becuase it has 1/2" OD barbs, instead of 3/8".
A chipstet block is pretty much useless, especially with an A64 with an onboard memory controller (not on the NB). It will raise your temps a little bit, but won't give you any more performace with an Athlon 64, where you are almost 100% sure of reaching your CPU's limit before making the NB the bottleneck to your overclock. If you are worried about fan noise, there are some fanless chipset heatsinks that can be purchased instead of a flow restricting waterblock.
That radiator is also not so great. It will work, and so will an NB waterblock, but you can surely do better. For radiators, there are two choices: you can get a radiator designed for PC watercooling, or you can get a heater core designed for a car. The heater core will be cheaper, and offer arguably better performance (you can get a good one for less than $20 at an auto parts store), but will require some modding to make it work with your water cooling loop. You can get by modding your HC by buying one from Danger Den, or another online store, or getting one pre-modded with a shroud (it places the fan away from the HC to eliminate the dead spot that would exist in the center of the fan, and to quiet it)from a guy called Weapon on Xtreme Systems, but they eliminate the cost-effectiveness of getting an HC. If you choose an HC or a PC water cooling rad, I would suggest a radiator designed for two 120mm fans. This will improve the temps a lot (like 5-10 C, especially with a NB block). The drawback is that now, you have to alocate space in your case for the rad. This may require you to break out your tools and cut some holes. You have the same case as I do (mine is in silver though), so you have a lot of space at the top to cut and put fan grilles in.
Good luck.
