Need some info re Creative's new Audigy Win64 drivers

I have two questions regarding the latest drivers released in January:

(1) What is the correct size of the driver set? The reason I ask is that first, it was 33MB last night, then 16MB this morning, then 19MB later in the day, 17MB at one point and back down to 16MB now; and

(2) Is there a reliable site to get the preview Win64 drivers from? I'm on dial up and the connection keeps timing out midway through the download (of course the server doesn't support resume or even multiple connections.)
 
Anyway, on my hundredth try it seems I finally got the entire set to download without dumping me. The total zip file is 16.61MB in case anyone's wondering. It *looks* complete from what I can tell but no way to know for sure until I pop it into Win64 which is unfortunately not going to be today as firing it up after months of non-use gives me an error and it looks like a reinstall is in order. I hope these work but creative can eat a fat d*ck as always. Is it really that hard to have a stable server with a file that doesn't change sizes every few hours. wtf is going on with those assclowns? I miss Aureal.
