need some info on Viper II card

I know everyone here has Geforce or Radeon or whatever, but I am the proud(?) owner of the lowly, much maligned Diamond Viper II (hey, it was cheap). I have a utility, s3tweak, for overclocking it. Can anyone tell me what the difference is between Mclk and Eclk for this video card? And does anyone have experience ocing it?

Mclk = memory clock
Eck = core clock (not sure what the E actually stands for)

The largest performance gain on memory bandwidth limited cards comes from boosting the memory clock (duh). That is the case with the Savage4 which was held back by a 64 bit interface. I used S3Tweak to get an EZ 10% boost on an S4, which is quite a lot in FPS when going from 30 to 33 (as opposed to these nutters that overclock a Radforce 9000 10% to go from 150 to 165 FPS). I locked the ratio but you can try bumping up either one, particularly the memory even higher on its own especially if you are going to use active cooling. Like Hawk sez, try SDN for details.

Oh yeah, now I remember!!! =) But I didn't get too much performance out of mine when I o/c'ed...
