need some Identification on hijackthis items

Hey all

I've looked up these hijackthis entries on google but theres no clear explanation of WHAT they are. I've run spybot, CWshredder, fsecure, AVG and they didn't turn up anything hostile, also everything looks ok in process explorer. But these entries seemed to be suspect:

R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar,LinksFolderName =
O1 - Hosts: ::1 localhost
O13 - Gopher Prefix:

anyone know what these entries are or if I should get rid of them?
