Need some idea's for stuff to do on new years eve

Need some idea's on fun stuff to do that DOES NOT include getting wasted, sorry I'm a party pooper but thats a choice i made 😛 So shoot me some idea's 🙂

Now, to actually read your post...

Ah, no drinking. Well, um....concert? I'm sure there are plenty of shows that night.
 
Drink responsibly. Getting wasted is just disgusting. That buzz you get right before you've had enough can last for hours. Beer doesn't seem to do it though. A couple strong iced teas & your set for a good one.
 
Wife and I are going on a double date with my sister-in law and her husband out to a nice dinner. Then we'll pick up the kids from Grandma's around 10:00 and ring in the new year as a family. We'll more than likely sit by thte tube and do the countdown together and then go light off some fireworks in the back yard. Sure it sounds cheesy, but it's a way to include the kids too.

BTW, we dont' drink either and I can't understand why people willingly pay hundreds of dollars to basically loose control and embarass themselves by acting like idiots, and then feel like crap the next two days. I used to be just like that and I didn't even understand it then. 😕

Not Drinking = Good Choice + Saves $$$!
 
im having a LAN party with like 8-10 people. it was good times last year, so im looking forward to another good one.

do you have a zoo near you? Sometimes those places have events for new years. Just be careful if you drive anywhere. I know your not drinking but you'll need to watch out for the other guys.
