If you don't want to work hard you have a *very* limited range of options.

Business owners spend years, if not decades, building their business to the point where they are finanically solvent enough, and comfortable enough, to turn the reigns over to other people to run. Many never even reach that point.

Fledgling business start ups are very taxing physically, emotionally, and financially.

They don't blossom into self supporting entities for years, if ever.

quite simply, you're screwed unless you change your perspective on life.

studying for the ged might be a start while you can still leech off your parents.

I think a gourmet line of soups would be good. You could make them a bean soup, so it would be cheap as heck to make and would travel well if it's sold dry. Once you get the recipe down make some fancy "authentic" packaging and sell it to suckers, try to get it into one of those national fancy food chains eventually. Until then just sell them locally and online. Should be pretty easy, and if you focus on bulk purchases/corporate gifts/baskets etc you can just send em out from your home.

Best plan Evar.

This is your biggest problem. Get an education. You can't run any kind of business with one, and you can't get a good job without one. It might help you grow up a little, which is your second biggest problem.

The way I see it you want a job that is easy, enjoyable, and well paying. In reality, you only get to pick two out of three. Sometimes only one.

Want a lot of money without an education? Get a dirty nasty job that no one else wants. Something like cleaning out port-a-potties.

And as for a 9-5 job? Take it if you can get it. Most of us here are probably 8-5 or 7-5.

I don't think just because you hate school/work means you'll be unsuccessful, it certainly doesn't help though :) - An education definitely helps I understand, but, it's not absolutely necessary to be successful and live a good life. Even with all my setbacks I know I can be successful. I never said I'm not willing to work. I'll show all you naysayers...I'll show you all! MWAHAHAH!...I suppose i didn't need to do the evil laugh ;)

I guess my first step will be taking a business course of some kind...what particular kind of course should i be looking for though? I already have a business to work with, so I don't need a 'be your own boss!" course. Thanks for the replies again.

You could sell your dead body to a medical school. I think they tatoo this info on your foot. Take the money and have fun or invest it. Maybe you can get the tatoo removed some day. This was originally recommended by Abbie Hoffman in his work "Steal This Book."

I'll be 21 soon

I take it you're a HS drop-out then? If you want to make better money, your first step should be going back to school IMO.

Need to make good money? Go work in a unionized factory. It's about the top of what you are qualified for.

You earn money. Not just for the hours you work, but the time investment you put in to getting there. You have a crappy outlook on things and it sounds like you think there is some miracle plan to get rich fast. You aren't going to make squat for money unless you learn some worthwhile skill.

You sound like you want a handout IMO. Gimme this and that but I dont have any qualifications, and I'm lazy, and I dont want to work hard or even work 9-5.

My suggestion, play the lotto.

hahaha spoken like true wage slaves.

You need something that you either will enjoy or don't do ******. I work in the mailroom (but don't do ******, im here now), but find it completely mind-numbing redundant bullshit.

-Sell drugs.

-Rob RICH people... I always see these pop stars wearing like 4 million $$$$ worth of jewelry, JACK THOSE FOOLS!!!

-Maybe work for your family business, that sounds 10x better then working for some corporation. Small businesses are awesome, but starting your own would be like 60 -> 100+ hours a week.

-Gambling, lottery, etc.

-Pyramid schemes (these people always seem like religous fanatics to me)

.... another thing if you want to work less. Minimize your bills, don't put yourself in debt. When I see people get raises, they buy nicer cars and bigger houses. barrow, barrow, barrow!!!! Only buy ****** that you need, and a few things that you enjoy.

-Video game tester.
