Need some ideas for a photo-based org chart

We have over 100 people in my department, so it's hard for new people to identify other people they need to go to for help.

So the idea has been floated to create an online org chart with pop-up photos.

Is there any software out there for this? Or am I going to have to hand-code the biatch in HTML/JavaScript? Considering the org chart changes almost daily around here, that is NOT a fun idea.
