Just found out that a good (female) friend of mine has 2 weeks to get her stuff together and go out to San Francisco for a new job. Not sure if it's a permanent thing or just temporary yet, though. She seems to think it'll be temporary. Either way it's her first 'real' - post-college, full time - position.
As much as I hate to see her go, it sounds like one heck of an opportunity - even if it turns out to be temporary. If it doesn't, I have an excuse to visit California
Jokes aside, I was planning on getting her a gift for Valentine's day, and now that this has come up, I'd really like to get her something...but I have no idea *what*. Suggestions?
