Use the other end of a broomstick to engage the teeth through the main opening, and try to work it back and forth.

I've been trying that, no luck though. I'm not sure exactly what I'm supposed to do though. Is it supposed to unjam the teeth because something is stuck between it?

use the broom handle to try to spin the grinder, which will remove whatever is stopping it.

if it doesn't sound like it's trying to move, check the breaker to make sure it's not tripped

Just stick your hand in the disposal (make sure you arent a moron and dont turn it on).

then pull out whatever the hell you can, yes your hand will get dirty, but its safe. hell just for more saftey go pull the breaker to the kitchen, might need a flashlight then, and shine the bitch down there so as to make sure there are no spiders.

Okay so there are two blades, and both will turn about 1/3 of a circle. I can't tell what's jamming it though, it appears to be something that's actually a part of that area. I tried using something to unjam it, including my hand to try to spin it, but no luck..any other tips?

Use a long screwdriver or spoon to move the black rubber and a flashlight to look for any obstructions. It's helpful if you know what might be jamming it.
