Hey,

I'm trying to teach myself some basic coding using the tutorials in the stickied thread. Here's the weird thing, I can't get past step one! D:

I'm using CodeBlocks and cannot get the default program to compile.

Here's the tutorial I'm following:

What could I be doing wrong? CodeBlocks gives me the error that

"test - Debug" uses an invalid comiler. Skipping...
 
Nevermind...I got it. It's that the laptop I'm compiling on doesn't have the appropriate runtimes on it.
