Well I woke up at 5PM est on the 23rd. I need to stay awake until at least 8PM of the 24th which is today. Its is currently 10 AM I got 10 hours to go. What technique's or what should I do to stay awake?


Now I am doing this its because I have been living in a different time zone the past week and I need to get back to a normal timezone.

Stay active, go out for a run or a bike ride. There are certain foods to eat which help keep you from feeling sluggish, read traveler's advice on fighting jet lag.
